Great tutorial on vector swirls. Simple, elegant, and effective. You’ve covered the concept well and left room open for the viewer to think “hmmm. what if I applied other custom brushes to spirals and line-forms”.

I just started to use this software today and i was able to follow every sinlge step on this tutorial!! keep the good work!! but i still have one question, how do you fuse the vine and the spiral? because i when i put the spiral close to the vine a white between these 2 objects shows up idk if you can understand me.

@TigerClaws12894 to change the path color, go to “object” from your menu bar and select “expand appearance” then select the color of your choosing, very simple:) this was diving me crazy to figure out

You could also just simply create a spiral with the Spiral Tool, then open the Stroke window on the toolbar, and the change the profile of the stroke.

@TheMeowmark Try holding down your cursor on the line segment tool. It should reveal a drop down.
