Recently, I need a page in WordPress, which created not in the sidebar for it. I wanted in the sidebar on all other pages, but not in this example (for a put option or page).

It took a while to find the solution, but I found it works like a charm. If a bit of programming skills, not too bad.

Here is a short video on how to do it and a user. php to start. The credit belongs to Moses on wpthemesplugins. COM is the solution. My video only leads you every step to make it a little easier.

In short, here are the steps:

First create a file. php file in your favorite text editor. I use Notepad + +

2nd Add this code at the beginning of your order. php file


/ * Template Name: * custom /?>

3rd Copy the contents of your page. php file from your current theme.

4th Paste the code below, what you have, the usual. php

Find the fifth code, “explained? get_sidebar () in PHP? > And then delete it.

6th Recording Custom. php

7th Custom FTP. php file in your current topic> Topics> wp-content (which also use more about you)

8. Create a new page.   Under Advanced options, choose Page Template > custom.

This is the ninth!
