Using Photoshop to design structures

Sometimes I build so involved in teaching how the sites that I forgot to say how knowledge, create a design that could. One of the most popular tools for prototyping is Photoshop. I use a combination of Photoshop and Fireworks to build my designs. I use Photoshop to the original plans and all the graphics, then I use Fireworks to divide the page graphics and HTML. Finally, I go into Dreamweaver for the HTML, CSS and JavaScript just right. So today, I found this article on BulletProofBox I thought was really helpful: 9 Essential Photoshop Web Design Tutorials. It begins with some templates in Photoshop (including an interesting portfolio one) and moves explained with tutorials, how to use Photoshop for web design. Nice!

Is there and advantage, sliced thin on the design Firworks instead of Photoshop, or is it just a personal preference?

Frankly, I do not think there is much difference now. It’s just that when I started, workflow, Photoshop is no way to cut in windows and in conjunction with Dreamweaver or another HTML editor. Now that you say that a good point. I think I’ll see if I need Fireworks CS4, if released (end of September, yay!).

What about Illustrator? Is not it easier to create a layout, since it is a vector program? Sometimes I have the GIMP for a time and pain if changes are necessary. What are your views?

I use Photoshop and Illustrator. I think it depends on what you want done with your design. Not I’m not with lines and shapes photoshop satisfied. Since everything is needed to sort of “Web-2 off. 0? I started using Illustrator, because I seem to get quicker results there.

I use Photoshop extensively to offer any website design template is finished and then cut the side, like Jennifer htmlize.

You can also use services like psd2html. com Photoshop files for you, and not all files and HTML documents for you.
